Google and Apple User-Location information Collection punctual Security Alerts

Apple Inc.’s iPhone have been come to under the fire recently as security researchers established that the Smartphone records user location information and sends them back to Cupertino.

According to a report by the protector, it seems like that there is a following device that saves all the details on the phone itself then the information is copied on top of the computer that is coordinated with iTunes.
The root of the matter is that Apple is storing the information, not so a great deal the functionality of being able to be follow user location.

 The well print in the 200 word conditions and circumstances for its iTunes program, states the following:
"Apple and our associates and licensees may collect the information, use, and share exact location data, including the real-time geographic location of your Apple computer or machine. This location data is collected incognito in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Apple and our associates and licensees to provide that all and improve location-based products and services. For example, we may also share geographic location with application providers when you choose in to their location services."

Sen. Al Franken has a formally written to Apple’s Chief Executive Officer Steve Jobs articulation his condemnation about the security location device and its implication for iPhone users in the world.
In Sen. Franken’s letter he has questions Jobs about the clearness behind the iPhone's follow and the motive behind storing the information.

"The survival of this information—stored in an unencrypted arrangement—raises serious privacy concerns. ... Anyone who gains access to this single file might likely determine the location of a user's house, the businesses he recurrent, the doctors he visits, the schools of his children be present at, and the trips he has been taken—over the past months or still a year."
